DELIVERY
All of our pieces at Elsa & Evelyn are made to order, so we work within a 5–10 working day turnaround to make and ship your orders; however, we aim to complete your orders as soon as possible.
Please note, we don't have collections or ship on weekends or bank holidays.
Yes - as soon as your order is complete, we’ll send you an email letting you know it’s on its way; this will include a tracking number.
Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days after you’ve received your dispatch email, as we keep all proof of postage and will be happy to help.

RETURNS
If we've made a print error on your order, please get in touch asap so we can fix this for you. Unfortunately, we can't remedy faults that were made in error of placing your order. If you think you've made a mistake in your order, please let us know within 48 hours so we can fix this before its printed.
We know that items can arrive damaged in
transit, which can be upsetting for you and us. If your order arrives damaged you must contact us within 14 days with as much detail as possible and a photo.
Anything after the 14 day period, Elsa & Evelyn will not be able to consider replacing/refunding.
As our products are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item is faulty. Please make sure all details are accurate before placing your order. If you think there's been a mistake in your order or address details, please get in touch via email elsaandevelyn@outlook.co.uk - you'll need to provide proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or
exchange.
You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
